TLDC, a Filipino-owned real estate developer known for its commitment to innovation and quality, has invested P1.1 billion for the said development to boost tourism in Lipa City. Designed to deliver a distinctive blend of Filipino and Thai hospitality, the hotel is expected to feature various amenities, including a pool deck, event and function rooms, and an all-day dining restaurant.
