Before I share today’s , let me first tell you the inspiring behind it.

Yen, one of our dedicated , first introduced a property to this client back in 2016—a condominium unit in Manila. However, the client decided not to proceed with the purchase. Later on, Yen discovered that he had bought a different property, but not through her. Despite this, she remained in touch and nurtured their connection over the years.

Fast forward to last year—Yen, one of my pioneer sellers from a decade ago when I was still based in Manila, decided to move to Lipa, Batangas. When I shared the exciting real estate opportunities in Batangas, she was convinced that Lipa is the in Philippine real estate. Transitioning from condo sales in Manila, she embraced house and lot selling in Batangas and reconnected with her long-time client. So she shared her story to her client way back 9 years ago. Tho the client has a different preferred city as he is not familiar in Lipa, Yen was very persistent in showing him what Lipa has to offer. She insisted to give Lipa a chance. So we toured the client around, and right then and there the client cannot hide his interest in Lipa investment. I’m sure he did not regret that he gave Yen a chance to show him around.

Our client is a businessman. And tho he has lots of addresses around the world. He chose Lipa Batangas as one of his place of retirement. Congratulations dear client!

In case you missed it, residential real estate prices of various types of new housing units in the Philippines continued to increase in Q3 2023, rising by 12.9 percent year-on-year (YoY). On a YoY basis, residential property prices in the National Capital Region (NCR) rose by 12.3 percent in Q3 2023 as prices of single-detached/attached houses, condominium units, and townhouses increased for the same period. Similarly, residential property prices in Areas Outside the NCR (AONCR) grew by 14.3 percent, driven by more positive annual increases in the prices of all types of housing units.
