On June 3, 2026, a meaningful milestone was celebrated in Lipa City as more than 20 families officially received their new homes at NuVista Homes under President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s Expanded 4PH Program. Led by DHSUD, Pag-IBIG Fund, and P.A. Properties, the ceremonial turnover reflects strong collaboration between government and private sector in building safer, affordable, and decent communities for Filipino families.
