PA Properties, HHPC strengthen ties, sign MOU to build 2 landmark projects
Strengthening a yearslong partnership to bring quality homes to Filipino home seekers, Philippine developer P. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (PA Properties) and Japan-based Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. (HHPC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for two upcoming joint venture projects in ceremonies on July 23 at Acacia Hotel Manila in Muntinlupa City.
The signing, which continues eight years of partnership between the two companies, will soon bring quality living to residents in Alaminos, Laguna, and Inosluban, Lipa, Batangas.
“Our continued partnership with PA Properties allows us to bring Japanese standards of quality, design and efficiency into the Philippine housing market,” said Ichiro Yamamoto, General Manager of HHPC. “With these two new projects in Alaminos and Lipa, we are not only expanding our footprint but also creating well-planned communities that respond directly to the needs of Filipino families living and working in these growth corridors.”
“Both developments reflect our commitment to provide sustainable, affordable, and accessible homes that support the growth of local economies and uplift the lives of Filipino families,” noted Romarico T. Alvarez, Chairperson of the Board at PA Properties.
The Alaminos Project in Laguna will develop 6.6 ha of land. When the project is complete in 2027, it will offer 517 townhouse units. Just 20 minutes from San Pablo City this address rewards dwellers with strategic access to industrial parks, schools, hospitals and commercial centers
Set for completion also in 2027, the Inosluban Project in Lipa City, Batangas, will deliver 547 units on a 6.5-ha site. The number will include 132 single-detached homes and 415 townhouses. Near central Lipa and the Lima Industrial Park, the project is set to attract the city’s growing workforce and people .
“The success of Idesia Lipa showed us the demand for thoughtfully designed communities in Batangas,” said Alvarez. “With the Inosluban project, we are deepening our presence in Lipa, while the Alaminos project strengthens our expansion in Laguna.”
PA Properties, established in 1994, is a leading developer of low- to medium-cost housing communities in Southern Luzon, responding to the nation’s housing backlog. Its portfolio includes over 30,000 homes.
It envisions an additional 20 communities in the next 5 years, guided by its tagline, “Behind Every Home is a Story.”
To deliver some of that, it partners with an established brand like HHPC. The Osaka-based company comes from over a century of construction and property development, its accomplishments including towns, communities, commercial facilities and railway lines.
Aside from the Philippines, it also has partners in the rest of Southeast Asia, particularly Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
