Ongoing Lipa Bypass Road
Announced in 2019, the Manila-Batangas bypass road is expected to be ready for public use by December of this year. It was originally targeted to open last year but pandemic delayed the project.
A total of 5.75 kilometers road from Inosloban with intersections in Balete and Balintawak and exit in Marawoy and "Ayala" is expected to ease the traffic jam from Lipa Uptown until Levitown. It will also give way for future developments to be redirected in this area but the local government should be strict enough to execute requirements for trees, drainage, and parking of establishments.
