At naiintindihan ko kung bakit may mga clients ako na nagsasabi:
“Ma’am, mas gusto sana namin yung mas malapit.”
And that's perfectly understandable. ❤️
Pero bilang broker na may malasakit sa clients ko, I always tell them:
“Huwag lang natin tingnan kung gaano kalapit. Tingnan din natin kung gaano ka-safe at ka-worth it ang investment ninyo.”

Hindi lang commission ang iniisip ko.

At gusto ko na after many years, kapag nakikita ko kayong masaya sa inyong bahay, masasabi ko sa sarili ko:
“I made the right recommendation. I helped this family choose a home they can be proud of.” ❤️
So yes, I may recommend a property that is not necessarily the nearest one.
Because sometimes, the nearest choice is not always the wisest choice.
