Scammer alert!

Paalala: Amin pong napagalaman na may mga scammers pong ginagamit ang 121 East Dormitory sa ilang Facebook community pages para sa parentahan / bedspace sa Lipa. Paalala lang po, hindi po kami gumagamit ng sino mang ahente at lahat po ng inyong mga katanungan tungkol po sa aming dormitoryo e dapat po diretso sa messenger ng aming nag-iisang page. Pwede din po kayong tumawag or magwalk-in. Salamat po. Wag po tayong paloloko.

Hi All, we have been made aware that there is a person(s) pretending to represent 121 East Dormitory on various Facebook community pages. Just a helpful reminder that we do not use any agents and that all inquiries should be:
1. via this page,
2. using the phone number mentioned on the 121 East page, or
3. directly at reception in 121 East Dormitory.

We're so happy that our kitchen area has been completed, and is now available for use by our tenants. Happy cooking!

Maintaining a clean & safe environment for our tenants is a priority for all of us at 121 East. Appreciating the busy schedules of all our tenants we have arranged a cleaning service for rooms starting Friday October 28.

The schedule is subject to sufficient bookings and a reasonable fee will be charged. Please speak to our Reception for more information.

We at 121 East are excited to announce that we are complementing our existing offering by adding a common kitchen for our tenants at no additional cost. We are also adding washing facilities.

We are also thankful to all who have and continue to support us and to say thanks we have maintained our COVID discount rates for the forthcoming academic year.
