SMC Launches Toll Road Construction, Connecting Bulacan Airport Project to Pangasinan"
San Miguel Corporation (SMC) and the Province of Pangasinan has signed a Joint Venture Agreement for the Pangasinan Link Expressway.
The said project is expected to be 76.8 km running through east from TPLEX to the west somewhere in Alaminos.
The project is said to be split into 2 phases.
Phase 1 : Binalonan to Lingayen
Phase 2 : Lingayen to Alaminos.
Phase 1 is separated into 3 segments.
P1 Seg 1 : Binalonan to Manaog
P1 Seg 2 : Manaog to Calasaio
P1 Seg 3 : Calasiao to Lingayen
"San Miguel Corp. (SMC) begins construction on the 76.80-km Pangasinan Link Expressway (PLEX), linking Pangasinan towns to the Bulacan mega airport.
PLEX will connect to TPLEX at Binalonan exit, offering direct access to the New Manila International Airport.
SMC, leading the airport project, expects Bulacan airport development next year. Joint venture with Pangasinan province, first phase (42.76 km) cuts travel time to 20-30 mins. Future phases to extend to Alaminos, boosting local industries, agriculture, and tourism.
No costs for the province, SMC ensures timely completion and revenue sharing."
