Are you a pro at balancing numbers with people? Our Real Estate team is growing, and we need a detail-oriented HR lead to keep our operations running smoothly! If you’re a master of schedules and a payroll wizard, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
Payroll Management: Ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time, every time.
Smart Scheduling: Create and manage employee shift schedules, ensuring all our locations are fully covered.
Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, especially for our field and location-based assignments (using check-in tools).
Team Support: Act as the main point of contact for employee questions, onboarding new hires, and maintaining office harmony.
Accountability: Keep a close eye on attendance and productivity to ensure our clients get the best service.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2–4 years in HR, Payroll, or Office Management (Real Estate experience is a plus!).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using payroll software and mobile workforce tracking apps.
Organized: You can juggle 10 things at once without dropping the ball.
Firm but Fair: You aren’t afraid to hold the team accountable to their schedules and goals.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the area to better manage location-based assignments.
