🏙️ GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS 2 FUTURE PROJECT CONCEPT

Here’s a look at one of our early architectural concepts for Grandview Heights, Punga, Mabalacat a modern five-storey apartment residence designed around tropical living, natural ventilation, greenery, comfortable parking, and a rooftop viewing deck taking advantage of the surrounding mountain views. 🌿🏔️

The concept explores 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments, two levels of car parking, generous balconies and outdoor spaces, and a rooftop deck where residents can relax and enjoy the view.

This is still a concept design, and we’d love to hear from you. 👇

It has recently come to our attention that certain land titles, lots, and property interests associated with Grandview Heights II, Philippine Land Group, Inc., and related companies may be connected to disputed transactions, loans, encumbrances, or other matters currently subject to legal review.

Philippine Land Group, Inc. and certain assets associated with the company are presently involved in ongoing legal proceedings, corporate restructuring, and a proposed change in management.

As a precautionary measure, members of the public, buyers, investors, brokers, agents, and other interested parties are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution regarding any proposed sale, transfer, reservation, mortgage, loan, release, assignment, or disposal of land or lots connected with Grandview Heights II.

Until the new management structure has been formally established and written authority has been properly verified:

🚫 No staff member, agent, broker, representative, or third party should be assumed to have authority to sell, release, transfer, mortgage, reserve, or dispose of any Grandview Heights II property.
