Let's go North!
๐ฒ Everyone's Looking at the Wrong Part of the Map.
The Economist recently dropped a report that shook a lot of people. According to the Urban Land Institute (US), quality apartments in Manila cost ๐ต๐ธ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐บ ๐ต๐ช๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ด the median household income โ a higher ratio than some of the priciest neighborhoods in London and New York.
And a 2025 Gallup World Poll found that 55% of Filipinos reported struggling to pay for shelter in the past 12 months โ the highest rate of any country surveyed out of 140+.
Let that sink in. Hindi New York. Hindi Singapore. Pilipinas ang number one.
But here's where many people get it wrong: ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ช๐ญ๐ข ๐ช๐ด ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ธ๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ญ๐ฆ ๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ญ๐ช๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ช๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ด.
The country has over 7,000 islands and dozens of growing cities that don't get enough attention. Cebu and Davao continue to attract major developments. Iloilo and Bacolod are booming โ Western Visayas is projected to see 7.7โ8.3% economic growth over the next five years. Bulacan is transforming thanks to the New Manila International Airport. Cavite, Pampanga, Laguna, and Batangas are pulling in buyers who want real value for their money.
Properties in these areas can cost a fraction of what you'd pay in Metro Manila โ with strong long-term growth potential.
Expand your search. Broaden your options. The Philippines is so much bigger than Metro Manila.
