No smoking
Not suitable for pets
No parties or events

Must maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the unit.
No vandalism, bubble gums in the wall
No stains on the bed sheets, pilows and towels.

For SECURITY and SAFETY Purposes.
- The unit number will be disclosed only upon check-in.
- ✅Guests MUST list all the names and inform host before booking and checking-in.
-✅ Only confirmed listed guests are allowed in the condo unit.
- Upon check-in, all listed guest MUST have a photo copy of a government issued I.D.or Passport as the condo reception will request for verification.

✅Guest can not bring other outside guest to the unit, the building's policy. Outside guest are welcome at lobby.
Other things to note
Please take time to Read:

- For guest staying Daily/Weekly,&Montly Deposit is needed in CASH currency Peso and is refundable, will be returned upon check-out.
* 2,000php for daily rent
*20,000php for weekly rent
*40,000.php for monthly rent
* Equivalent to 1-month rent for monthly rental.
Upon check-out, any missing and damaged items in the unit will be charged .
If checking-in at a different time, please let us know so we coordinate accordingly

Lost Keys
– if the main guest(s) loses the set of keys provided by the owner representative at check-in, they must pay the amount of 5,000 PHP for the replacement of the key and lockset.
Please do the following before leaving the unit.
- Turn off and unplug any electronic devices.
- Turn off air conditioning unit.
- Keep the unit clean and orderly.

Cancellations
Strict
Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
