We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Advertising & Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, increase customer engagement, and drive bookings and sales.
💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute creative marketing and advertising campaigns
• Manage and create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials
• Plan and promote special events, promos, and seasonal campaigns
• Help increase resort bookings, cafe customers, and overall brand awareness
• Coordinate with the team to ensure consistent branding and promotions
• Stay updated with current social media trends and effective marketing strategies
✅ QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in advertising, digital marketing, social media management, or a related field
• Creative and knowledgeable in creating engaging social media content
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus
• Hospitality, resort, restaurant, or tourism marketing experience is a plus
💰 SALARY & COMMISSION:
💵 ₱20,000/month base salary + commission
Commission will be based on performance and successful marketing results.
