Another option is to sell-out your unit even it is not fully paid, only at the period of monthly downpayment, we call it Pasalo. After a year or two, list price of your condo unit appreciated or the price already increased. With that price increase, it is your advantage to sell-out your unit with mark-up, following the current developer list price or lesser."
