* Perform end to end General Accounting duties
* Knowledgeable in doing payroll with Vlookup
* Knowledgeable in doing financial statement, balance sheet, income statements, cash flow statements.
* Skills in Accounting & Bookkeeping
* Handling external and internal financial and management reporting
* Knowledgeable in doing payroll, government mandatory remittances, most especially BIR Tax Compliances
* Perform Bank Reconciliation
* Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical
* Proven ability to handle multiple task simultaneously
* With experience in handling administrative tasks
* Assist in preparing various financial and administrative reports
* Strict adherence to confidentiality regulations and ethical standards of the company

Graduate of BS Accountancy course
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Computer skills: proficient in using Microsoft word, excel and other business related software program
Required Skill(s): COMPUTER LITERATE, GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS

WILLING TO WORK IN MAKATI
Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm work schedule
Willing to Stay-in (Dorm, Food, Shuttle provided by the company)

Job Description
* To attend to any necessary activities as required from time to time
* To manage the filing and data retrieval system
* To draft and review correspondences
* To attend and take minutes of meeting
* To schedule and arrange meetings and appointments
* To manage travel, hotels and flight bookings
* Provide strong secretarial support to the boss to manage their workload and activities
* Drafting and preparing reports, presentations, letters, and other documents
* Coordinate and maintain the electronic calendar of the boss, including organizing of all appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, attendance at conferences and seminars
* Organize and facilitate staff meetings
* Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems using designate protocols, and ensuring timely retrieval of documents
* Undertake project work as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

* At least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
* With at least two (2) years of relevant experience
* Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, phone)
* Can speak English, Chinese/Mandarin
* Effective time management and organization skills
