� Strictly CHECK IN 2PM STRICTLY CHECK OUT 12noon. (24 hrs time package has less 2 hours due to cleaning time)
� EARLY CHECK-IN CAN BE ALLOWED in case the previous guests made an early checkout. (Note: the package that you avail of still runs the moment you check in)

� if you need assistance specially for those 6pax and above. She will be staying until 9pm only, she will be around the Gramercy premises and will go back the next day at 9am until you check out.
� you will be given a key to the door. A penalty will be served once it is lost P500.00
�Too much NOISE inside the unit may also cause offense at the other side units. You must be responsible to pay the NOISE disturbance penalty to the admin in case someone will report you. �Just please avoid NOISE to avoid penalty. This is a big violation from the admin so please set your mind that our unit is just for a place para matulog at pahingahan. Meron tayong swimming pools that you can talk loud and have a happy moments. COOPERATION & BEING DISCIPLINED IS WHAT THE OWNER NEEDS.
�You can use our Television with Netflix & Youtube
�Strictly No Smoking inside the unit (you can smoke only at the balcony)
�only light Drinking alcoholic beverages are Allowed inside my unit but please be RESPONSIBLE.
�Please TURN OFF the aircon once not being used or you are going outside. (NEVER ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE�
� Pets are not ALLOWED(except for long term)
� EARLY CHECK OUT IS ALLOWED
� NO OVERTIME. STRICTLY NEED TO CHECKOUT ONCE THE TIME FINISHES. (Penalty 1500 for the first 1 hr ,
3500 for the 2nd hour,
5500 for 3 hours overtime)
� LATE CHECK-IN is allowed and that is your responsibility not to us kasi hanggang 2pm lamg check in time natin. (kung ang kinuha nyong package time ay 24 hours at nagcheck-in kayo ng 3pm or 4pm still the same out nyo padin ay 12noon.
� Before checking out. We will check the place if there will be any damage to the unit. NOTE: Penalties will be automatically charged to the guests in case of any damage made inside the unit. Minimum OF P5000.00 for the penalty depending on the gravity.
� To those who paid for security deposit & access card. - please return the Access card to the unit owner so that SPA will process your Refund before checking out.
� Visitor after check-in is allowed and it will automatically charged per head
NOTE: MAXIMUM OF 12 PAX IN TOTAL ONLY.
� Strictly 4 people can swim due to their Health protocol. ( kung lagpas kayo sa apat, yung unang apat na muna mgsswim then after swimming go back to the unit then yung naiwan naman ang papalit. (Note that only swimwear attire or rush guards wala pong magsusuot ng cotton.hindi po kayo papayagang magswimming. Remember: swimming pool will close once po na umulan. Ito ay para maiwasang maaksidente ang mga guests.
�Guest/ access card is has free access swimming pool and GYM. Remember that only 4 people allowed to swim and 2 for the gym. Kung lagpas sa anim pwede namang bumalik ung kalahati at magpahinga. Swimming pool is open for 8am to 11am (11am to 1pm-Maintenance) then can go back 1pm until 10pm.
� We offer a Massage Spa minimum of 1 hour. P500 per hour less P100 if you are our guest inside the unit.
� Once the massage is being scheduled, please follow the time it will run automatically. For example, you book at 8 pm for 1 hour. The time will run exactly at 1 pm. (No cancellation once being booked and scheduled.
� bring your own towel please for your safety
(Although meron po akong towels for the guests its more safe if your will bring your own towel
NOTE: Penalties will be automatically charged to the guests in case of any damage made inside the unit. Minimum OF P5000.00 for the penalty or OFFENSE depending on the gravity so it can be more than 5k. Other Services:
