DAILY WEEKLY RENTALS
-Female only
-Maximum of 4 persons in a room (brand new double deck bed with brand new mattress)
-Electronic lock Main door entrance
-Electronic lock for the rented room
-Includes personal cabinet/locker
-Wall socket/outlet per person
-Rental fee includes electricity/water/WIFI-internet
-Aircon room is subject to limitations (12 hours daily use of aircon, excess will be an additional charge subject to meter reading)
-Each room with electric sub-meter
-Common Toilet/Bathroom
-Spacious common area/Living room
-Change of bedsheet to be made on the 4th day (for 7 day rental term)
-NO Bedsheet change for 1 to 3 days rental term
-Safe and secured location
-Easy access to public transportation (to Makati and Manila)
-Cooking & washing of clothes are not allowed
-Guest/Visitors/Pets not allowed
-Php 2,500- refundable security deposit required (for rentals of 1 to 7 days)
-Valid government Id required
-Written Rental contract will be made
-House rules shall apply to keep everything in order
