Premium Infinite Ventures Inc. (PIVI) is a Filipino-owned group of companies that traces its roots to the entrepreneurial endeavors of the Chua family of Ormoc, Leyte. Learning from the furniture business established by his parents, Manuel Alkuino Chua established a hardware store and subsequently, a related enterprise in construction dubbed MAC Builders in the 1980s. It was under Manuel’s son, Francis Lloyd, that the construction business later on grew and expanded. A civil engineer by profession, Francis himself showed entrepreneurial acumen early on by putting up and managing a number of small business ventures in food and recreational sports right out of college. He eventually handled MAC Builders and under his helm, he slowly strengthened the company with more employees and increasingly undertook more projects such as government infrastructure work. By 2012, Francis had laid the blueprint for a network of related businesses in mining, engineering, logistics and ship building. He also commenced building a strategic land bank with a vision for unlocking its value through real estate development. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he saw potential in IT and e-commerce, and established a company focused on this industry. Today, PIVI is a dynamic organization continuously expanding in pursuit of providing solutions and services that positively impact the landscape of Philippine business and contribute to nation-building.
