In line with the Administration’s commitment to provide dignified and affordable homes for every Filipino family, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. officially opened the National Housing Expo 2025. October 23, at the World Trade Center, Pasay City. 🇵🇭

With the theme “Build Homes. Build Happiness.”, the Expo embodies the Bagong Pilipinas vision — promoting a whole-of-nation approach to improving the lives of Filipino families through innovation, accessibility, and collaboration.

Proptech Consortium of the Philippines had a highly productive and inspiring meeting with Housing Czar Secretary Ping Aliling—the long-awaited action man of the housing sector. We expressed our strong support for his 4PH program, particularly in the areas of solar-powered communities, sustainable building and digital technologies.

Our deepest gratitude to our President AJ Rocero , and to our Board of Directors who contributed to the discussion: Kevin Carreon (Matchmo), Olivier Bariou (Doconchain), Rephil, Amor Maclang (Digital Pinas), and Gregorio Fernand Imperial, representing OSHDAP. We also acknowledge Chair Imelda Magtoto of NREA for her support.
