Dear Valued Unit Owners and Residents,

As advised by our Meralco Account Officer, due to the current power supply condition in the Luzon Grid, Manual Load Dropping (MLD) may be implemented to help prevent a wider power outage. In line with this, temporary and controlled power interruptions may occur in affected areas, including San Lorenzo Place, from 3:01 PM to 7:00 PM.

Please note that the schedule remains tentative and may change depending on actual grid conditions.

We encourage everyone to make the necessary preparations by:
• Charging essential devices in advance
• Preparing backup lighting or emergency power sources, if available
• Minimizing the use of high-load appliances during peak hours

Should the interruption push through, please be assured that emergency power will be available in the following areas:
• Lobbies, hallways, and amenities
• Elevators
• One (1) convenience outlet and one (1) lighting fixture inside each residential unit (after switching from normal power to emergency power using the electrical panel breaker inside your unit)

For any assistance, please coordinate with the Building Security Department at +63 917 152 0592.
