My name is Emmanuel Salvador T. Sevilla. I am customer driven. for local sales.

I am a property specialist and what makes me standout from other property specialists is that I put the interest of the client always in mind. They always come first and to protect their interest and their investment is my driving concern. That is how I earned the trust of my clients. It wasn’t an easy life for me. I worked my way from the ground up. I started out as a Property Specialist from May

2011 to Jan 2013 for SM Development Corp. That is where I learned how to deal with people – at the malls where I used to man the booth and by giving out flyers. On my first day on the job, I got lucky – there was a client who urgently needed a place to stay where we had property available. Everything that could go wrong went wrong that day – there was no transport available. So I took the client to the site on public transport – in a jeepney. The client enjoyed the ride and also he appreciated my effort. He bought the property! Making a long story short, it wasn’t long before I became top 3 Sales Person hitting 40 million worth of sales in 3rd Quarter of 2012. The company later on rewarded my hard work with a promotion and I ended up being an Senior International Property Specialist 2. I became International Sales Director from May 2018 to February 2019. That is where I honed my people skills and how to manage a team at a very young age to meet our clients needs. My target increased to Php 500 million in sales. I am Associate Manager right now at Ayala Land International Sales Inc. Our firm is based in the Philippines and is a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation. Please find below the list of my achievements:

o Top 3 Sales Person (Hitting 30m Worth of sale of SM Field Residences in 2012 Annual Awards)

o Top 1 Sales Person (Hitting 650 million worth of Sales in SM Development Corp. 2016 Annual awards)

o Top 1 Sales Person (Hitting 1.2 Billion worth of Sales in SM Development Corp. 2017 Annual awards)

o Top 1 Sales Person (Hitting 43.3 million worth of Sales in Amaia 2020 Annual Awards)

That is where I was and that is what I accomplished. Why am I telling this story? I got to where I am right now by taking care of people – by putting their interest first. I still have the same enthusiasm I had during my first day on the job plus ten years of experience. That is my story. I hope I will get the opportunity to meet you soon. Thank you for your time.
