One Ayala East and West Towers have earned LEED Gold certification, reinforcing the development’s position as a premier sustainable workplace for today’s global tenants.
Covering 74,531 sqm of gross floor area, the certifications recognize Ayala Land Offices’ towers for their adherence to international standards for energy efficiency, resource management, indoor environmental quality, and sustainable building operations. One Ayala South Tower has also earned LEED certification, reinforcing sustainable practices across all three office towers.
All three towers have also earned EDGE Zero Carbon certification, demonstrating net zero operational carbon through water conservation, energy efficiency measures, 100 percent renewable energy use, and carbon insetting. Together, these certifications provide tenants with a workplace aligned with ESG objectives.
