ANNOUNCEMENT: New Milestone Achieved

Every professional milestone has a beginning. For me, the spark happened back in 2013 during a financial literacy seminar. Seeing the speaker’s credentials inspired a long-term goal to earn my own professional designation in the industry.

Thirteen years after that initial spark—and following weeks of intensive preparation, rigorous technical training, and hard work—I am proud to share that I have officially passed the Real Estate Appraisal Licensure Examination!

Earning this license goes far beyond adding credentials to a name. The challenging journey of securing it has given me a profound respect for the real estate profession and the strict integrity required to analyze and protect property values.

This milestone is a shared victory, and I want to extend my deepest appreciation to the community that made it possible:

Better late than never for a post this special!

This is a story of how a simple client meeting turned into a beautiful friendship and a major investment milestone.

It all started in June 2025 at our US roadshow event where I met this lovely couple. Fast forward to October 2025—after 22 long years of not coming home—they finally flew back to the Philippines for their scheduled unit turnover in Makati!

From helping them inspect their new home to hitting the furniture and appliance shops so they could comfortably enjoy their stay during their vacation, every moment was a blast. Somewhere between shopping for couches and sharing meals, they became my constant ka-chikkahan!

Before they flew back to the US, we listed the property. The best part? In less than 2 months, we secured a tenant! Today, their Makati unit is a 100% self-sustaining asset—meaning it pays for its own expenses and earns passive income automatically.

Thank you so much for the immense trust and the wonderful friendship, guys! Cheers to more chika and more successful investments ahead!

Milestone Unlocked: Step 1 to Raising the Bar in Real Estate Practice

Last thursday, I officially unlocked Degree #2 and joined the Trinity University of Asia alumni club!

Pursuing this milestone was an immense exercise in time management, resilience, and discipline. It wasn't just about adding another frame to the wall; this is my definitive first step toward raising the bar and helping professionalize the Real Estate practice in the country. Because I've always believed that if you want to elevate an industry, you have to elevate yourself first. The journey was not easy, but it was entirely worth it.

This achievement wouldn't have been possible without an incredible support system:

To my ultimate "WHYS": Who keep me grounded and motivated—thank you for the foundation. You are the heartbeat behind every single hustle and the reason I keep reaching for more. We did it!

A glimpse of our day today at school for our Baccalaureate Mass!

Looking back, this 1-year program was definitely not easy, but we survived! Now, we are officially ready for our graduation rites tomorrow!
