LOOK: A sneak peek into DMCI Homes’ masterplan for the 130-ha Acacia Estates in Taguig City

Based on the plan, DMCI Homes’ largest township to date can still accommodate 16 new residential projects on the remaining 46 ha of developable land. Plans are also underway for the redevelopment of Acacia Estates’ town center.

Isidro A. Consunji, chair of DMCI Homes, and Alfredo R. Austria, its president, joined the briefing and Q&A with landscape architect Cathe S. Nadal and Joey Roi Bondoc, Research director at Colliers Philippines.

Supporting local communities, one meaningful step at a time.
We’re happy to share that DMCI Homes has extended support to Kissing Cloud—a beautiful destination that plays a key role in Tuba, Benguet’s growing eco-agri tourism efforts.

The donation was led by DMCI Homes Corporate Communications Manager Butch Mendizabal and Marketing Manager Anabelle Mendoza, and was warmly received by James Lim of Kissing Cloud, together with Sharon Bitso representing Tuba Agri‑Tourism Community.

This initiative goes hand in hand with our DMCI Homes Leisure Residences project, Moncello Crest, as we continue to work closely with the community to help promote local tourism, and create opportunities that benefit everyone.

DMCI Homes, Concreat Support Northern Cebu Earthquake Rehab
Quadruple A developer DMCI Homes and cement manufacturer Concreat Holdings Philippines, Inc. have joined forces to help Northern Cebu rebuild faster following the 6.9-magnitude earthquake that struck on September 30, 2025.
On March 4, 2025, the two companies turned over construction equipment and materials to accelerate rehabilitation efforts in affected communities.
DMCI Homes donated one concrete hollow block machine and one bagger mixer each to the Municipality of San Remigio and to the Engineer Support Company of the Philippine Army 53rd Infantry Battalion in Medellin.
Concreat also provided 600 bags of cement to support the rebuilding of damaged homes, school buildings, and other local facilities.
To ensure the equipment could be used immediately, members of the DMCI Homes Construction Team conducted on-site demonstrations for local operators and military engineers.
San Remigio Mayor Mariano Martinez personally received the donations from DMCI Homes representatives led by Corporate Communications Manager Butch Mendizabal and Cebu Business Unit Head Riza Siasar-Ballesteros, and from Concreat’s Director for Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Sustainability, and Enterprise Risk Management Erlinda Lizardo, along with Community Relations Officer Fulgencio Ubay, Jr.
Meanwhile, the Engineer Support Company of the 53rd Engineer Brigade, Philippine Army, led by Commanding Officer CPT Sheila Mae T. Enderez (CE) PA, welcomed the equipment to support reconstruction activities in affected areas.
The initiative reflects a shared commitment to continue helping the earthquake-affected communities of Cebu province—home to DMCI Homes’ residential development Kalea Heights in Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City.
