Delightful day! We are pleased to announce the formation of an Ad Hoc Committee dedicated to overseeing and supporting the upcoming Exterior Project. This project aims to address leak concerns, enhance the building’s exterior appearance, and improve the overall living experience for our residents.
To ensure a well-informed, transparent, and collaborative process, we are inviting interested unit owners to join this committee. Your insights and contributions will be invaluable in helping us review proposals, provide feedback on design and materials, and guide decision-making throughout the project.

We greatly value the insights and talents within our community, and your ideas, skills, and support would be sincerely appreciated. By working together, we can ensure this project meets the highest standards and reflects the needs of everyone who calls this place home.

To Our Valued Unit Owner's/Residents,

Delightful day! To ensure the 100% operation and maintain the good condition of our power or electrical system, One Central Condominium will conduct its Annual Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Facilities of the building on May 23, 2025. We will be shutting down the power supply in all areas to give way to the scheduled preventive maintenance from 9:00AM - 5:00PM. As such, kindly be informed that there will be no power during the said activity. Please see attached infographics for your reference.

Kindly make necessary changes/adjustments inside your unit that might be affected by the shutdown. Rest assured that the engineering team is in full force and all equipment will be in normal operation after the activity.

Apologies for the inconvenience it may cause. Appreciate your usual cooperation and understanding.
