DMCI Homes recently turned over essential supplies for farmers to members of the Tuba Agri-Tourism Community (TATC), including raincoats, rain boots, water tumblers, and logbooks, to support their farming needs.

DMCI Homes VP for Project Development Dennis Yap, VP for Marketing Jan Venturanza, Corporate Communications Manager Butch Mendizabal, and Marketing Manager Anabelle Mendoza personally handed over the supplies to TATC Chairperson Sharon Bitso, Vice Chairperson Jennilyn Saingan, and members of the organization at the Cabin in the Sky, Bayacsan, Taloy Sur, in Tuba, Benguet.

This donation reaffirms DMCI Homes’ commitment to supporting the local farming community of Tuba, home to DMCI Homes Leisure Residences' Moncello Crest eco-agri condotel.

DMCI Homes has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with TATC to support local farmers and promote sustainable tourism in the municipality.

The MOU aims to create opportunities for farmers while giving Moncello Crest’s future guests a taste of authentic farm life in the Cordillera region.

The Dambana ng Kagitingan (Shrine of Valor) in Mt. Samat, Pilar, Bataan—then during its construction, and now as a national landmark.

Built to honor the Filipino fighters of World War II, the monumental cross—designed by Lorenzo del Castillo and completed by Engr. David M. Consunji and his pioneering construction firm, DM Consunji, Inc. (DMCI)—stands as a lasting tribute to their courage and sacrifice.

Bringing this landmark to life was no easy feat. In his memoir, A Passion to Build, Engr. Consunji—recognized as the “Builder of Landmarks” and the “Grandfather of the Philippine Construction Industry” said the Dambana ng Kagitingan was a challenging project because of the terrain.

Despite these obstacles, the Dambana ng Kagitingan was completed in 1970 and has since stood as an enduring symbol of bravery and national pride.
