Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and sell Rockwell Land’s high-end residential properties to prospective buyers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Conduct property viewings, sales presentations, and negotiate deals to meet both buyer and company goals.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and new Rockwell developments to effectively communicate with clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, especially in real estate or high-end properties, is preferred, but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
- Client-Centric Approach: A passion for understanding and exceeding client expectations, offering them the best experience throughout the sales process.
