Balcony View by Janice Olea from Brixton Place

"Since we moved in back in 2022, the balcony has been Chooey’s favorite spot. I often find myself wondering what goes on in his mind, how far his nose can wander as he greets the morning or what he’s thinking as he quietly takes in the night air.

He just loves sitting there, watching the Metro unfold in front of him. TBH, I can’t blame him. The view from BXP is always magical with a skyline from BGC to Rockwell, painting a different story every sunset. Some evenings are soft and calming, others bold and breathtaking. Never get tired taking a picture of our balcony view."

Balcony View by Elaine Dejucos from Allegra Garden Place

"I really love to watch sunset at my balcony. It is not the ordinary sunset that is in the beach or mountain, but sunset behind tall buildings in the metro."

Balcony View by Mark Gil Balitaan from Sonora Garden Residences

"I step out onto the Sonora balcony, the night shift finally behind me. My body is heavy, but the air feels light, cool against my skin. The city below is quiet, almost shy, as if waiting for the sun to arrive.

The sky is changing—slowly, gently. Indigo fades into violet, then blushes with streaks of orange.

This balcony is more than concrete and steel. It is my witness, my quiet companion. Here, I see endings and beginnings meet. The long night dissolves, and the sunrise crowns the city with promise. I stand still, grateful, knowing that every shift, every hour endured, leads me back to this moment—where the Sonora balcony reminds me that light always returns."

In every DMCI Homes community, everyday heroes help turn spaces into true homes. For the month of April, we honor Maylyn Macalalag of The Atherton, whose composed and professional response during a medical emergency ensured a resident’s family felt safe and supported. Her actions embody the kind of service and compassion that make our communities stand out.

IN PHOTOS: DMCI Communities is taking its Weekend Market to the next level by expanding it into a two-day activation, marking a shift from its usual one-day Sunday market format. Held on May 2–3, 2026, the enhanced rollout covered six residential communities, allowing more residents to access the initiative across different locations.

The first day of the expanded market was held on May 2 at One Castilla Place, The Amaryllis, and Viera Residences. The following day, May 3, the Weekend Market continued at Infina Towers, Mayfield Park Residences, and The Orabella—effectively doubling its reach and strengthening its presence within DMCI Communities.

This move reflects DMCI Homes’ response to growing resident demand and engagement with the Weekend Market. By extending the activation to two days and distributing it across multiple properties, the program is able to serve a wider audience while maintaining a consistent, on-ground presence within each community.

The Weekend Market continues to offer a selection of farm-fresh produce and locally sourced food products, made possible through partnerships with farming communities such as the Tuba Agri-Tourism Community (TATC). Through this collaboration, farmers are able to bring their harvest directly to residential developments, ensuring freshness while creating a more direct farm-to-consumer connection.
