🏡 5-Steps before presenting a Buyer
1. Study the Buyer
• Check their FB profile — do they seem genuine, affluent, or suspicious?
• Ask what they’re looking for & their future plans for the property.
• Gauge their financial capacity.
2. Schedule a Visit
• Message us to book a visit (caretaker is on-site).
• Log your name and the buyer’s name with us.
• Send clear photos of both your ID and buyer’s ID.
3. Post-Visit Assessment
• Ask for buyer’s feedback.
• Evaluate if they’re serious about purchasing.
4. Request Letter of Intent (LOI)
•If they’re interested, have them email us: Signed LOI with ID
5. Create Viber Group (After LOI Only!)
• Once LOI is received, create group chat.
• Share documents (e.g. Tax Dec) and schedule face-to-face meetings.
• ⚠️ Never create the group before receiving LOI.
