WHAT'S LONG BEEN IGNORED, it’s time to inspire the leaders and professionals of the industry. It’s about time we take AKSYON! — collective, informed, and uncompromising.

In 2014, then-HLURB introduced IRRs of PD 957, covering the accreditation of brokers and salespersons, along with guidelines on project advertisements.

More than 10 years later, with the rise of unchecked social media marketing and now algorithm-driven AI, the IRRs — meant to protect buyers — have been widely overlooked, inconsistently enforced, or rendered outdated by digital loopholes.

This August 2025, takes a decisive step by mobilizing Technical Working Groups (TWGs) to assess existing DHSUD regulations, propose critical updates, and advocate for stronger enforcement of buyer-protection mechanisms suited for the tech-driven age.

1. PRC License ID — and verify it yourself using the PRC’s official LERIS portal at verification.prc.gov.ph, where you can search by name or license number to confirm validity .

2. DHSUD Registration ID — confirm they are duly registered with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development as required under PD 957 and relevant board resolutions.
