Although young, AEIRS is banking on the stewardship of Mr. Igrubay who is a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. He was a former executive of Ayala Land, Inc. His stint with ALI spanned for nineteen (19) years. In ALI, he was exposed to, among other facets of real state, internal audit, land acquisition, project development, special projects, business development, construction, customer services relations (CSR) and external relations or public affairs. He is also doing consultancy work in the real estate industry.
