🚨 HELP US IDENTIFY THESE INDIVIDUALS 🚨
A disturbing incident of animal cruelty was witnessed this afternoon along a main road in Angeles, Pampanga.
A helpless dog was seen CHAINED beside a moving motorcycle, forced to run while two adults and a child rode the vehicle. Witnesses tried calling out the driver, but they continued driving as if nothing was wrong.
This is NOT proper pet transport.
This is dangerous, inhumane, and could have easily cost the dog its life.
We are now asking for the public’s help in identifying the owner and driver involved in this incident so proper action can be taken.
