Viewing procedure (Full version).
A) Viewing can be done subject to an advance schedule and you must follow our viewing procedure otherwise no one shall be at the condo to entertain you..
PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE ON THE DATE & TIME YOU WISH TO VIEW THE CONDO (in case you have not done this yet) - We shall reconfirm our availability.
B) Viewing time is between 8am to 6pm – Monday to Friday.
C) Saturday, Sunday and Holidays – 5 days advance notice is REQUIRED for viewing on said days..
We usually have a lot of meetings and work errands to do during Saturday, Sunday and Holidays for which we may have to cancel our other appointments just to meet with you. So please take careful consideration before you request for a viewing schedule during - Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
D) We prefer to deal with people who are professional and responsible enough in keeping their commitment to schedules. Hence, before requesting a viewing schedule, please make sure that you really have the time for such..
If in case you really do not have much time or that you are very busy – it is suggested that you just view the pictures in our page in the meantime, all info and pictures are already there. Our page has all the pictures you might want to see and also a very detailed info about the condo. ..

👉2)On your scheduled viewing date (ON THE DAY YOU WILL BE VIEWING THE CONDO) - Send us another message or text that you are on your way or that you will be viewing as scheduled (this is to make sure that you had not forgotten your viewing schedule) We are not living inside the condo and it will take us about ONE TO TWO HOURS TO REACH THE CONDO (depending on the traffic).
👉3)Failure to follow or do the above items 1 & 2, we shall automatically presume that you are no longer interested, hence – there will be no one to meet with you or assist you at the condo..
❗❗❗Should you wish to cancel your viewing schedule – PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE (Don’t worry, we shall not ask you why you cancelled out nor shall we bother you with follow-ups).
As we do not stay in the same area of this Makati condo, our staff or us will have to travel in going to the condo, hence, our request that you inform us in advance in case of any changes. .
We know that you might be very, very busy and we value your time, we appreciate if you can value our time as well..

✅1) RESERVATION WITHOUT CASH PAYMENT (Reservation Deposit). We shall have your name in our list but we cannot guarantee your booking in the event that someone pays a reservation deposit ahead of you. .
We shall TRY to send you a message (no guarantee that we can do this for all inquiries) in the event that someone else would become interested (for the same date you prefer) and would want to immediately pay us in advance. From this message - You have the option to pay us immediately or just wait until the date you want in case there would still be a vacancy by that date/time (again ... No guarantee of vacancy) - FIRST COME FIRST SERVED on whoever can immediately pay us.. .
✅2) RESERVATION WITH PAYMENT OF RESERVATION DEPOSIT (Php 3,000-). Upon payment, we shall block the dates for you - this means that no other booking shall be accepted from other people. Said deposit shall be refundable if you will check-in on the scheduled date and pay us the corresponding rental fee and security deposit on actual check in date. (This deposit shall later form part of your refundable security deposit).
Should you cancel your booking, said reservation deposit shall be FORFEITED or will be NON REFUNDABLE. .
If you move your scheduled check-in date for more than 2 days from the supposed check in date, you will be charged the number of days from supposed check in date to the actual check in date. (This policy may change depending on the availability or vacancy of the condo)..
🔵🔵PAYMENT PROCEDURE ------- .
🔸AA) If you are in the Philippines/Metro Manila, we can meet at the condo to execute and sign a rental reservation deposit contract after which you can pay us said reservation deposit .
🔸BB) In the event that you are not in the Philippines or not in Metro Manila (or in the province), you can opt to pay us online thru Gcash or thru our bank account, we shall give you the details when you are ready to pay. .
🔸CC) Please take note that the condo is a studio type of 26 sqm, maximum of two persons allowed. We are a condo rental entity (we are not the hotel entity). A copy of your valid government issued id is required, copy of passport if you are a foreigner or non-resident. .
Kindly note that we are not forcing you or anyone to pay us, it will be up to you to make that decision...

1)Copy of Valid Government issued ID (passport for foreigners).
2)Rental contract (we shall execute, sign this and we shall have this notarized & submitted to the condo building admin office ).
3)We shall also need to submit a condo building admin office Move-in form containing your personal details to the condo building admin office prior your actual check-in date/time .
Note: Condo Building Admin office is open Monday to Friday - 9am to 4pm, hence all transactions and documentations must be made within this time.
4)Secure an elevator access card for you (to be issued by the Condo Building Admin office) .
NOTE-1: Limit luggages, boxes, bags and other personal items to 2 feet by 2 feet and/or up to a maximum of 4 luggage/bags/boxes (any item exceeding this will need special handling procedure or documentation). Refrain from bringing in any other electrical/furniture item inside the condo building/unit as this will need a gate pass to bring in & bring out..
