🏡 PARCS Project Site Visit & Learning Session | July 5, 2026

Learning goes beyond the classroom it happens on-site, where plans become reality.

The Philippine Association of Realty Consultants and Specialists (PARCS) successfully conducted its Project Site Visit and Technical Discussion last July 5, 2026, bringing together members and industry professionals for a firsthand learning experience on "How to Develop a Subdivision Project."

Participants explored the general steps in planning and developing a subdivision project, while engaging in meaningful discussions on the importance of a feasibility study versus actual project ex*****on. The visit provided valuable insights into the practical challenges and opportunities in real estate development through actual project site exposure.

The discussion was led by
PARCS Chairman Edwin B. Calamba
PARCS President Jexter L. Dulalia,
PARCS Auditor John S. Lizares, and
Developer Bobby Sy, who generously shared their expertise and real-world experiences with the participants.
