Real Estate Brokerage Company with office based in Makati CBD is looking for the following positions:
1. Personal Assistant
- will work as assistant for the Real Estate Broker
- College Graduate of any Business or related course
- Must have atleast 1-2 years of experience in secretarial or similar role
- with Basic Computer (MS word/excel, email, social media)
- Basic English written & oral communication skills
- independent, flexible and can multi-task
Office hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
& Saturday (half day)
Compensation:
16-18k (depending on experience)
plus:
13th month pay
Yearly Salary increase
Incentives & performance bonus
SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig
2. Office Admininistrator/ Property Management officer
- College Graduate of any Business or related course
- Must have atleast 2-3 years of experience in administrative, property management or similar role
- Computer skills (MS word & excel, email sending, social media, etc.)
- Good Interpersonal English written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relation skills
- Highly independent, proactive, has good problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills & time management
Office hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Saturday (half day)
Compensation:
20-25k (depending on experience)
plus:
13th month pay
Yearly Salary increase
