Thinking thoroughly of where should I focus my selling for the rest of the year, I have found myself realising so much potential on one of our projects in North. Metro Manila has always been my niche in selling but for a time now competition has been stiffer than it has ever been. I had more clients than to the numbers of units that I can sell. I thought to myself that I have to do something, so I can continue helping my clients to connect them with right investment. This realisation came very timely with the launching of our second residential project in Capital Town, Bryant Parklane. The said township is expecting at least 250,000 job vacancies and most of it is BPO expansions from Manila. I have seen there a potential market that in time people will prefer to stay close to where they work and that accommodation is a basic need which means occupying residential spaces within the township will be inevitable to sustain jobs and to deliver convenience.
