RESTRICTIONS IN LA HUERTA
USE OF LOTS
• For RESIDENTIAL and FARMING use only.
• No limitation on Crop Farming, and Flower and Vegetable Farming
• Must have frontage landscaping, with plant growth of no more than 1 FOOT
• Property must not be divided into smaller parcels
• A minimum of 80% of the total area must be used for farming activities, while only 20% (maximum) must be allotted for residential purpose.
• One (1) tree shall be planted for every 250 SQM of total farm lot area. Two of every tree should be indigenous forest tree species (or native trees that possess natural ability to recover from damage caused by pests, diseases, turbulent weather)–dipterocarps, narra, mahogany, acacia, rubber–and must be based on theme of that eclave)
• Animals, except swine, may be allowed if they are not bred or raised for commercial purposes.
• Gazebos are allowed upon getting written approval from developer
• No clothesline (permanent or temporary) exposed to public view
• No prohibited drugs, contraband, effect of crime, explosives, and unsecured combustible materials.
• No existing fruit or shade trees and plants found within or outside property shall be cut, removed, damaged, relocated, or transferred.
BUILDING AND ARCHITECTURE
