It took me quite a while to reflect, let everything sink in, and finally write about how I felt—so here it is.

2024 was indeed full of surprises.

I left my corporate job with a lot of uncertainties. I was scared of the lack of stability, is it possible to earn a living outside the usual 9-5? but I wanted to try new things. I wanted flexibility, and I wanted to explore if there were other ways to earn a living beyond climbing the corporate ladder.

I tried a lot of things—day trading crypto and forex, applying to become a VA, starting a small business—and lastly, I tried real estate.

Looking back, when I first joined DMCI, my mindset was simple: If I can just sell one unit, that would be enough. That was the goal. But being with the most passionate and knowledgeable mentors changed that mindset.

I’m surrounded by some of the best and most awarded salespersons in DMCI, so I also gave my best effort—absorbing all the knowledge and wisdom I could, and improving myself daily. And the best part, they weren’t doing this just for money. They ingrained in us the principle that we should always serve the client first—everything else will follow. You will be rewarded based on how much effort you put into serving your clients.

Being in real estate has been one of the most fulfilling decisions I’ve made—it gave me a deep sense of purpose.

Helping people find their home that perfectly fits their needs is truly the best feeling in the world!

So to all my clients—thank you for the trust, for letting me be part of your journey, and for allowing me to help you find your dream home! What an honor!
