CONDO RENTAL RATES (until Nov.20, 2016)

A) REGULAR SHORT TERM RENTAL RATES
Php 3,000 - For one day
Php 2,500 per day, minimum of 2 days = Total of Php 5,000--
Php 2,000 per day, minimum of 3 days = Total of Php 6,000--
Php 1,850 per day, minimum of 4 days = Total of Php 7,400--
Php 1,800 per day, minimum of 5 days = Total of Php 9,000--
Above rates already include partial amount for Electricity/Water equivalent to 5% of total rental fee. Meter reading will be done to determine actual usage, excess will be an additional charge. See sample computation of Elect/water below
All rental rates includes FREE use of swimming pool/gym plus FREE soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, tissue roll, bottled water and instant coffee.
FREE Cold welcome drinks are also included.

== ELECTRICITY ==
Above amount for Electricity and water are allocated charges for the 7 day period. Meter reading will be done to determine actual usage, excess shall be an additional charge. If aircon use is only 8 hours or less per day and that minimal cooking or food heating is done, the above amount allocated for electricity will be sufficient and thus, no additional amount will be charged.

The lower amount stated above for security deposit shall only be applicable for the 7 day rate (usual security deposit is Php 10,000)

Average/estimate use of electricity per day is Php 100- to Php 150 based on a 7 hour use of aircon, 30 mins. food heating/cooking and 30 mins. hot water shower.
A more conservative use of electricity/water will result to no additional charges.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY CASH DEPOSIT - Php 10,000--
For every rental term (from 1 day to 30 days), a refundable security cash deposit is required to be paid to cover for cost of any damaged item and/or for the electricity and water charges.
Security deposit will have a different rate for those renting more than 30 days
For rental periods of 45 to 60 days, refundable security deposit of Php 15,000-- is required.

RESERVATION FEE - Php 3,000--
Php 3,000-- Reservation fee/deposit is required to be paid in advance if you want a guaranteed booking (this Php 3000 shall be part of the refundable security cash deposit = Php 3000 + 7000 = Php 10,000)
This reservation fee/deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
This amount shall only become refundable if the guest will show up and make a full rental payment on check-in date. Said reservation fee/deposit shall then form part of the Php 10,000-- security cash deposit.
Should the guest not show up on or after 3 days from the supposed check-in date, we shall automatically forfeit this amount. This reservation deposit should be paid to us (or deposited to our bank account) prior the supposed check-in date.
When payment is made through bank deposit, please text, call us (or email us) that deposit had been made so that we may check with our bank. Our bank is BPI - Bank of the Philippine Islands for which if cash deposit is made, we shall be able to immediately confirm it.
If you will issue a check as payment, it may take 3 days (if your bank is non-BPI). Reservation will only be finalized once the reservation deposit is confirmed to be received by us (or by our bank).

We prefer cash payments only (in Philippine pesos)
Check payments or deposit to our bank account may be accepted but booking/reservation can only be finalized once the amount is confirmed to have been credited to our account
Make your bookings in advance and pay the reservation fee/deposit of Php 3,000-- if you want to lock-in your preferred check-in date and avoid others from getting the same date
Non-payment of the reservation fee/deposit will have no guarantee that the condo will be vacant and available on check-in date
