4. Deposit thru Dragonpay within 48HOURS after reservation.
5. Give xerox of deposit slip, ID, and NBI/Police Clearance. Activate buildium account.
6. Duplicate gate key.

Caretakers or Property Officers are NOT allowed to accept cash payments. Management is NOT liable for cash given to staff.
