🧾 Position: Administrative Assistant
📍 Location: #7 Gil Puyat Avenue, cor. Marconi St., Makati City
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time (Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM)
📅 Start Date: May 2025

🔑 Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests
• Manage administrative tasks including filing, billing, and correspondence
• Support daily operations such as handling resident inquiries and concerns, record keeping, coordination with maintenance staff, and others
• Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the front office

✅ Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and other office tools
• Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• College degree or vocational training preferred
