One Rockwell is a two-tower building with four basement levels. The East Tower, with its impressively sharp edges, offers a breathtaking 180-degree view and ten different sceneries. It reaches up 45 storeys, with the Sky Deck located at the 41st level.
Another first in architectural designs in the country, the uniquely designed East Tower showcases the innovation that One Rockwell adheres to. Meanwhile, the West Tower with its curvilinear design perfectly complements the East Towers sharp edges, as it is made up of two halves that seem to slide away from each other at the centre. Once completed, the West Tower of One Rockwell will be the tallest residential building in Rockwell Center, standing 55 storeys high.
It has a total gross floor area of 127,230 square meters of which 97,000 square meters is allocated for residential spaces.
Elevators:
There are 6 Passenger elevators in the East Tower and 5 in the West, plus 1 Service Elevators for each tower.
Service Elevators are for deliveries and pull out of items and for the use of contractors & other employees.
Access Cards:
Access cards provide security to the residents and are needed to reach specific areas. Additional access cards are available at the Property Management Office.
CCTV:
CCTV Cameras are installed at strategic locations at every access point to the Building.

Function Rooms:
Function rooms are located at the ground floor of the East West Towers. There is also a social lounge at the 3rd floor of the West Tower. Function rooms are available for reservation for private functions.
Pool Areas:
Lap pools are located at the 43rd level of the East Tower and at the 53rd level of the West Tower. Another pool is at the ground level of the West Tower.
