Review from Airbnb - GSM, March 2018

This apartment is excellent for it's ambiance and location. It's a few block from the Ayala triangle and the heart of Makati. I enjoyed staying at Donna's Place. She and team faciliated for my needs and were very accommodating to answer all my questions. Though the apartment lacked a washing machine, there is laundry service in the build on the 1st floor. The laundry service is same day if you drop it off early enough. this loft apartment was convenient for my needs and spacy enough to entertain guests, friends and family. As per the images, the bedroom and bath is on the second level out of the prying eyes of your guests on the main floor. Internet was great. The facilities was awesome, and the space had sufficient ventilation (air conditioning and electric fans) to keep my NorthEastern NYer temperament calm and cooled. I can't stop harping about it's location, it's awfully close to several eateries for all budgets. It's next door to 2 convenient stores, 7-11 and ministop. From a hunger standpoint, this location is best because you can have your fill of high end restaurants to franchise eateries, and the mom and pop stores. It's a long walk to the Ayala Makati Malls, but a short cab ride to these locations, which the costs averages out to 1.50 - 2.00 USD. If you are doing business in Makati and are located by the PBCOM or RCBC towers, I highly recommend this location.

Airbnb Guest Review (Elizabeth Place, April 2017): Very good location in Makati, the host was very kind and nice and was easy to accommodate and arrange things with. The bed is very comfortable and biggest advantage is fast internet. Highly recommend this place for people who need it for work as it is laptop friendly as well.
