Pag-IBIG Approves Picar Development under the Fund's Developer-Assisted Housing Loan Program.

A ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between Picar Development, Inc. (PDI), and the Pag-IBIG Fund was held in Makati recently.

Pag-IBIG Senior Officers attending the signing includes Mr. Fermin A. Sta. Teresa Jr., Senior Vice President of Business Development Sector, and Mr. Anthony L. Maglunsod, Vice President from Corporate Sales Group, who are seated at the 3rd and 4th from the left.
Together with PDI Management, other Pag-IBIG officers attending are standing behind, starting at the 3rd from the left are Ms. Tina Marie Gabiosa, Acting Department Manager III, Ms. Mary Antoniette Maunahan, Housing Relationship Officer and Ms. Dianne Batula, Housing Relationship Officer.

Picar Development, Inc., is the developer of Ara Vista Village (AVV), a 50-hectare township in General Trias, Cavite. Ara Vista Village is an accredited housing project by Pag-IBIG for several years prior to Picar's accreditation as a developer.
