I’m happy to share that I have successfully renewed my DHSUD (Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development) Real Estate Salesperson Accreditation for the year 2026.

Renewing my DHSUD registration is important because it allows me to continue practicing legally and ethically as a licensed real estate salesperson. It ensures that I remain compliant with government regulations, uphold professional standards, and provide my clients with trustworthy, transparent, and reliable real estate services.

This renewal reflects my commitment to professionalism, accountability, and continuous service to my clients. Thank you to everyone who continues to trust and support me in my real estate journey.

Alder Residences in Acacia Estates, Taguig is now officially complete - right on schedule. Launched in August 2020 at the height of the pandemic, the project has successfully delivered all its towers on time.
