Now if your home office can be anywhere between the living room to the bedroom and sometimes the dining room, you cannot be carrying all of your office supplies with you always in all of those areas. There might be something that you may have missed to bring, something that you may have left in your last location and that you might need in the next. What you need is a mobile home office organizer. Make one now. Here’s how:

STEP #1: Look for an old table. If there’s none in your house, ask relatives or scout from garage sales or home depots. You can also search online.

STEP #2: Make sure that your chosen table is still sturdy. You will need to enhance its durability by securing nails and screws or adding extra support.

STEP #3: Sand, prime and paint. You can decorate it too according to the theme of your unit.

STEP #4: Screw metal strips to the sides to accommodate hanging files.

STEP #5: Cut holes in the top of your table for glasses when you have your snack breaks, or for small storage tumblers for your pens, pins, erasers, etc.

STEP #6: Lastly, attach casters to the legs of your table.

Don’t we all love them? Lots of shoes in different styles and colors! Here are some tips to help you store and display your pairs:

TIP #1: You can opt to keep your shoes inside their own boxes. Boxes have lids therefore keeping out dust. They are stackable too. Try decorating your boxes for an added flair.

TIP #2: There are also a lot of shoe rack kits available in home depots. They can either be mounted onto your wall or they can be freestanding.

TIP #3: Shoe cubbies or cabinets are perfect for smaller spaces. It can also function as a living room center table. Just make sure it’s perfectly tidy and nicely decorated.

Condo owners should be very smart and careful in choosing their home furniture. Opt for small items that function equally as their larger counterparts, but fit well in a much more limited space. Plot where you will place your furniture and don’t let them block walkways.

Consider planning and researching before you jump to a major painting project for your home. Let yourself be inspired by the things you see. Collect pictures of sample interiors that you like, get wallpaper swatches, take snapshots of things that interest you. Don’t you know that how you style and treat your bedroom window helps in setting the room’s over-all appearance? Start by installing themed window draperies – elegant, modern, loud and lively, or romantic. If you are using window blinds, layer them with draperies to address both functional and decorative needs. In general, you will really need room-darkening window treatments so as to block too much light in the morning and then to provide privacy at night.

In the living room, it can hold stacks of magazines and small books, or your TV’s remote control. You can also have a tray inside your bathroom so that you’ll have somewhere to place toiletries and other personal care items.
