We had the privilege of attending the ULI Asia Pacific Summit in Shanghai, joining over 600 industry leaders for one of the most important real estate gatherings in the region.

Our Director for Commercial Leasing, Mikko Barranda, and Manager for Commercial Leasing, Marco De Padua, took part in sessions covering the trends reshaping the built environment, from AI and sustainability to affordability and urban redevelopment. The summit also included exclusive tours of Shanghai's most forward-thinking developments led by the project stakeholders themselves.
