Greetings.
The safety of our guests/tenants and team members remains our highest priority.
In response to the times, we have taken additional measures recommended by our public health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. These steps are:
1. A hygiene mat is placed on our entrance to ensure footwear sanitation as well as an automatic hand-sanitizer station.
2. A plexiglass sneeze-guard barrier has been installed at our reception desk, together with automatic hand sanitizers/alcohol dispensers. Infrared forehead temperature scanners are on hand as well.
3. All floor lobbies and corridors are well-ventilated as lobby windows are open and air wells are located at both ends of each floor to provide fresh air circulation/.
4. Our team members are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
5. We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (lobbies, door and stair handles, etc.) using hospital-grade disinfectants.
6. In line with social-distancing and no-contact government recommendations, we will only clean rooms when tenants/guests are not around and never when someone is present inside the room, as we will be using UVC/UVA lights for disinfection prior to room cleaning. Rooms will be cleaned only between 13:00-17:00 Hours. Fresh towels, however, shall always be provided upon request. Fogging using organic disinfectants shall be done periodically as well.
7. We encourage guests/tenants to use the in-house phone by dialing “0” for any questions or requests, in the spirit of social distancing.
