The company was at full performance in 1996, so in 1997 the management decided to build their own building known as, Luy Kim Guan (LKG) Tower at Ayala, Makati. In 2000, ICEC Land Corporation moved their head office in Mabini, Ermita. LKG Tower was finished in summer of 2000, ICEC Land then became the head office, owner and develope

Ambitious in its concept, structure and design, the LKG Tower stands 39 stories high at 591 feet, presenting both a modern front with every detail of a world-class Grade A building, as well as a timeless architectural art-piece with a fine Filipino touch. Designed by renowned KPF and Recio Casas Archtitects, the LKG Tower is a prestigious commercial address and home to many well-known multinationals in the airline, consulting, finance, marketing, manufacturing, security, IT and service industries. Currently, Luy Kim Guan is the chairman of ICEC Land Corporation and is aided by his sons Enrique Luy as President and Ernesto Luy as Vice-President.
