ADVISORY: Typhoon Fung-Wong "UWAN"
Based on the latest forecast from PAGASA, Tropical Cyclone Fung-wong has further intensified as it continues to move closer to the eastern boundary of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
According to the state weather bureau, the system is expected to enter the PAR late Friday or early Saturday. at which point it will be given the local name "Uwan". PAGASA further reports that once inside the PAR, Uwan may continue to strengthen and could reach super typhoon intensity by late Saturday or early Sunday, while remaining over the waters east of the Bicol Region.
To protect your living space and prevent further damage, please stay vigilant and promptly notify the administration office if you observe any of the following signs of water leakage within your unit:
*Damp spots, stains or discoloration of walls, ceilings, or floors
*Dripping water or pooling in any areas
*Please prepare flashlights, powerbanks, water and ready to eat foods.
